# Return & Refund Policy

## Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Custom-made items, electronic components (ESCs, motors, servos), opened battery packs and sealed consumables are NOT eligible for return.
- Sale items, clearance items and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned.

## Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our sole discretion.
- We do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit after they have been shipped from our warehouse.

## How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at pengchengtan24@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
