All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- United Kingdom & Europe: 7-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- Rest of World: 11-27 business days

## Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Order processing time (1-3 days) + Pure transit time (above)

## Tracking Information
A YunExpress tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the YunExpress official website.

## Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage charges that may apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

## Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
